  TRNSMT festival to go ahead in September with Liam Gallagher, Primal Scream, Keane and Snow Patrol performing The TRNSMT festival has been rescheduled from July to September this year. Liam Gallagher , Primal Scream, Keane and Snow Patrol are among the artists who will perform on  Glasgow  Green over September 10-12, along with the likes of  Blossoms  Amy Macdonald and Courteeners. Organisers said there have been some alterations to the line-up due to the change in dates, and The Chemical Brothers will now perform in place of  Lewis Capaldi  while Primal Scream,  Dermot Kennedy  and Becky Hill have been added to the bill. Fans "gutted" as Lewis Capaldi issues heartbreaking statement Lewis Capaldi fans have been left gutted following a lengthy statement from the star, posted to his social media channels. In a lengthy statement posted to Twitter and Instagram, the 'Someone You Loved' star opened up about his struggles to record the new album that he promised would be released in 2021.  He also announced that all of his 2021 tour dates, including Dublin, Cork and Belfast, would be rescheduled to 2022 and although he "hated the thought of letting anyone down" he had to make the move for his "own sanity" as he records his new album.  He said: "It’s been a while, hope you’re all staying safe.
